On September 12th, 2024, the Teen Living Center had its grand opening, and it is a project that Switchpoint is proud to be involved with. (Read more about the grand opening here) The vision for the Teen Living Center started when the Davis Education Foundation realized that they had programs to help homeless students during and after school, but nothing to help them with the stability of housing. A desire to provide a safe and supportive environment for these vulnerable students is what drove the dream and ultimately the development of the Teen Living Center. This 16-bed facility brings a safe space for students who would otherwise be homeless.
